Firstly, we offer mortgages from the whole of the intermediary market. This gives you the widest range of lenders and therefore access to the very best rates and deals.
Secondly, once you have found your dream home you will need to complete the purchase. This means you will need a solicitor, a surveyor and potentially a range of other specialists to ensure that the property is legally and structurally sound. We can provide as many (or as few) of these as is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Thirdly, once you have purchased your dream property you will want to ensure that whatever life throws at you your home is safe and protected. Therefore we also offer independent advice for any Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection contracts to protect you and your family, plus a range of Buildings and Contents insurances to suit every situation.
And finally, as you would expect from a company dedicated to helping you every step of the way, we will be here for you throughout your onward journey too. We understand that the future is not certain. Plans can change, mortgages can change and people can change. That is why all existing clients receive lifetime access to future advice on any property that we have assisted with previously.
